It’s been almost 47 years since I quit my Japanese college to study the art of pantomime after witnessing this man’s artistry. Marcel Marceau literally changed my life in a most drastic way!! This year marks 100-year anniversary of his birth and his documentary film will be released in Sept. It is entitled “The Art of Silence” and … It is such an honor and privilege for me to write a commentary note and to compile his chronology for this movie’s program! I was also being asked to be one of the talk sessions of this movie!!
